Ingredients
- (1 1/2 Cups) Powdered Sugar
- (1 Cup) Butter, softened
- (1 teaspoon) Vanilla
- (1/2 teaspoon) Almond Extract
- (1) Egg
- (2 1/2 Cups) All-Purpose Flour
- (1 teaspoon) Baking Soda
- (1 teaspoon) Cream of Tartar
- (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- (1/2 Cup) Powdered Sugar
- (2 teaspoons) Vanilla Extract
- (2 Cups) Fruit (strawberries and blueberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a cookie sheet or pizza pan with non-stick spray.
In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat together the powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, almond extract, and egg until smooth.
Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
For a full-size fruit pizza, press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
Let the crust cool completely before adding toppings.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
Spread the mixture over the cooled crust, then top with sliced fresh fruit.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
