One pot dinner's make the world go 'round! When you have a crowd to feed this Cowboy stew is the way to go!
Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (1 28 oz can) country style baked beans
- (1 32 oz package) frozen diced hash browns
- (1 12 oz package) frozen corn
- (1 t) salt
- (1 t) pepper
- (1 t) garlic powder
- (1 t) season salt
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a large Dutch oven or pot. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the beans, hash browns, and corn. Stir to combine.
- Mix in all the seasonings.
- Cook on medium until the potatoes are soft, 15-20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- Serve with hot biscuits or cornbread and a green salad!
